Chirag invests in vertical software, real estate, healthcare, and marketplace companies. He is on the board of directors of AutoLeap,  and Loftium; and works closely with Threshold’s investments in Avenue 8, Calibrate, Clearing, Front, LaunchDarkly, and Divvy. Past investments include BentoBox (acquired by Fiserv).

Prior to Threshold, Chirag was based in Los Angeles and was instrumental in establishing Pritzker Group’s west coast consumer practice. He led the firm's investments in Casper, The Honest Company, HelloGiggles (acquired by Time, Inc.), PureWow (acquired by Vayner Media), Raden, and Retention Science. He also supported Pritzker's investment in Dollar Shave Club (acquried by Unilever).

Chirag worked at CVC Capital Partners, Europe's largest private equity firm. He started his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.

He holds a BA in economics and diaspora studies from Swarthmore College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

The Los Angeles Times recognized Chirag as one of LA's top 10 innovators to watch. He is also a member of Swarthmore College's alumni council.
